Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Specialist who will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality service and proactive solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit complex residential and commercial open claim files for accuracy and compliance with company and state guidelines
• Perform analysis of lawsuits to assess viability of settlements versus continued litigation and present findings to management
• Manage relationships with internal and external customers while participating in legal meetings and identifying training needs

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of Florida first-party property claim handling experience
• 2 years of litigation experience
• 1 year of technical experience with estimating software and repair methodology
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent education
