Florida Licensed Litigation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Litigation Specialist/Corporate Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit complex residential and commercial open claim files for accuracy and compliance with guidelines
• Analyze claims, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improving claims handling processes
• Manage relationships with internal and external customers, and participate in legal meetings as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of Florida first and third-party homeowner claim handling experience
• 4 years of litigation experience
• 3 years of liability experience
• 3 years of technical experience with estimating software and repair methodology
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent education
