Florida Licensed LMS Administrator

Job Summary

Managing the daily operations of the EHR implementation training curriculum, the full-time Florida Licensed LMS Administrator will oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring effective training delivery and collaboration with the EHR Training Team in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the LMS administration team and the EHR Training Team, coordinating reporting priorities and performance tracking
• Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of EHR content within the LMS, ensuring accurate documentation of training completion
• Build and maintain EHR classes and curriculum in the LMS, including formatting and uploading Epic's eLearning modules

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology field
• 2+ years of experience in LMS software administration
• Experience with Epic, particularly in training, is preferred
• Familiarity with SCORM conformant instructional objects is preferred
• Experience in a healthcare system IT or learning environment is preferred
