Job Summary

A company is looking for a Purchase Loan Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze applicant information to determine qualification for loan programs
• Assist customers in discussing financial objectives and taking initial loan applications
• Ensure timely return of required documents and compliance with sales processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• At least one (1) year of mortgage sales experience
• NMLS/SAFE certification with at least one active license or ability to obtain
• Strong knowledge of mortgage industry, products, and regulatory guidelines
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts relevant to the role
