Job Summary

A company is looking for Remote Loan Officers across multiple production models.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate residential, investment, bridge, or commercial loans depending on the role
• Manage borrower relationships from intake through closing
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams while maintaining compliance with lending requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active NMLS license required for residential roles
• Minimum experience of 1-3 years for consumer direct/call center roles; seasoned producers for self-sourced and commercial roles
• Proven production history required for senior, self-sourced, and branch opportunities
• Spanish fluency required for bilingual roles
• Commercial or private money experience required where applicable
