Job Summary

Experienced Florida Licensed Loan Officers will find multiple remote, hybrid, and in-office opportunities focused on originating residential, investment, bridge, or commercial loans while managing borrower relationships and collaborating with processing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Originate loans based on the specific production model, including self-sourced, consumer direct, or call center
• Manage borrower relationships from intake through closing while ensuring compliance with lending requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet or exceed production expectations aligned with the role type

Required qualifications

• Active NMLS license required for residential roles
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience, with proven production history for senior and self-sourced roles
• Spanish fluency required for bilingual positions
• Commercial or private money experience required where applicable
• Understanding of personal production style and alignment with the appropriate compensation model
