Job Summary

Building and maintaining relationships within the community, the full-time Florida Licensed Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage process, leveraging their expertise in mortgage origination to help homebuyers achieve their financial goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a network of referrals from real estate professionals and other sources to drive lead generation
• Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and recommend suitable loan products
• Assist clients throughout the loan process, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth experience from application to closing

Required qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of generating referrals
• Possession of Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
• Strong professional communication and time management skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Minimum of 3 years of success in self-generated mortgage loan origination preferred
