Job Summary

Providing essential support to mortgage loan officers, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Loan Officer Assistant will assist with reviewing loan applications, managing documentation, and facilitating timely loan closings to enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, including clerical tasks such as printing, scanning, and emailing
  • Manage a pipeline of various loan types and ensure timely communication with customers and loan officers
  • Track outstanding items on loan files and follow up with customers to secure necessary documentation for closing
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact
  • Previous sales support experience is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
