Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Originator Assistant to support a high-producing Branch Manager and facilitate communication between sales and operations throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support loans from inception through post-closing
  • Act as a liaison between sales and operations to ensure timely file movement
  • Collect, review, and organize borrower documents for processing
Required Qualifications
  • Active mortgage license
  • Minimum 3 years of recent mortgage industry experience
  • Experience in a customer-facing mortgage role such as Loan Officer, Loan Officer Assistant, or Loan Processor
  • Ability to support loans from inception through post-closing
  • Experience coordinating with sales and operations to keep loans moving on time
