Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Florida Licensed Loss Recovery Supervisor will supervise staff, ensure compliance with laws, and implement operational policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises staff and provides leadership, coaching, and guidance
• Ensures compliance with applicable state and federal laws within the area of responsibility
• Collaborates with department leadership on operational and departmental changes

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of three years of bankruptcy experience and two years of collections experience required
• Two years of supervisory experience required; experience in consumer lending and collections preferred
• Knowledge of Debtor/Creditor Collection Law and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act required
• Intermediate to advanced operational knowledge of automated collection software required
