A company is looking for an LPN Call Center professional to work remotely in Tampa, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from patients and medical staff, addressing inquiries and requests
• Verify and update patient information in the clinical information system
• Assist with appointment scheduling and document all calls and actions taken within core systems

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current unrestricted Florida LPN license or compact license
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment with direct customer contact
