Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from patients and medical staff, addressing inquiries and requests

• Verify and update patient information in the clinical information system and document all calls

Required Qualifications:

• Current unrestricted Florida LPN license or compact license
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment with direct customer contact
