Job Summary

To support integrated behavioral health services in skilled nursing facilities, the full-time Florida Licensed LPN Technician will conduct behavioral health assessments, collaborate with psychiatric providers, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer behavioral health screenings and document findings in electronic medical records
• Assist psychiatric providers by gathering resident history and monitoring follow-up care
• Ensure timely completion of screenings and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN License in the state of employment, in good standing
• Experience in skilled nursing, geriatrics, or behavioral health preferred
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
