Florida Licensed Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Florida Licensed Maintenance Technician is a full-time position responsible for maintaining equipment, systems, and building components at a resort, including mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, and general repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Perform visual inspections and conduct operational tests on machinery and equipment
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a hotel or similar environment
• Ability to lift objects up to 25-50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfort with mobile technology and eagerness to learn new systems
• Certifications in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing are a plus
