Key Responsibilities

• Conduct timely and cost-efficient investigations of complex claims
• Develop litigation and file disposition strategies, attending mediations and trials
• Handle Florida construction defect claims and manage jurisdictional diversity issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Ten years of complex claims adjusting experience
• Ten years of experience with heavily litigated claims
• Applicable adjuster license
• Expert knowledge of insurance claims procedures and complex claim management
