Job Summary
Leading the Private Equity Casualty Practice remotely, the full-time Florida Licensed Managing Director will advise private equity sponsors on complex casualty risks, drive strategic growth, and mentor a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, negotiation, and placement of casualty insurance programs for private equity clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers to provide innovative risk transfer solutions
- Drive revenue growth through client retention, cross-selling, and new business development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of insurance brokerage experience with expertise in casualty programs and private equity
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven success in leading teams and managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical expertise in loss-sensitive programs and complex policy structures
