Job Summary

A company is looking for a SEC Marketing Servicing & Accounting Oversight Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and oversight of Loans Serviced by Others (LSBO) activities within Secondary Marketing
• Ensure accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of LSBO assets in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain scalable processes for LSBO remittance tracking and performance monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 10-15 years of experience in residential mortgage origination, servicing, operations, and underwriting
• Experience with capital markets and business partners
• Knowledge of secondary marketing investors and liquidity measures
• Experience in Contract Finance
