Job Summary

To support critical public health programs, the part-time Florida Licensed Maternal Mortality Coordinator will evaluate maternal healthcare delivery, analyze social determinants of health, and develop interview protocols while working remotely for up to 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive quarterly evaluations of maternal mortality cases to identify systemic biases and assess impacts on patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with Records Analysts to translate clinical findings into structured case narratives for leadership reviews
  • Design and deploy a training curriculum for Records Analysts on conducting sensitive informant interviews
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) currently licensed in Florida
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in obstetrics, antenatal, or postpartum care
  • Strong knowledge of the Social Determinants of Health and their impact on maternal outcomes
  • Experience in family support, peer counseling, and sensitive community outreach
  • Proficient in remote collaboration tools and clinical data entry systems
