Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Florida Licensed Medical Assistant will coordinate patient care, manage provider schedules, and serve as a liaison between healthcare facilities in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and manage communication between providers and patients
• Manage provider schedules and appointment coordination
• Review patient charts and maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
