Job Summary

Empowering students through engaging instruction, the full-time Florida Licensed Medical Assistant Instructor will deliver a standardized curriculum, facilitate student interaction, and monitor academic progress while working onsite at the Clearwater campus.

Key responsibilities

• Teach the centralized distance education curriculum according to an assigned schedule
• Facilitate discussion forums and host weekly office hours to enhance student engagement
• Grade course activities and provide timely academic feedback to support student success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with academic preparation in the specific courses being taught
• 15 semester credit hours in the subject field for Healthcare Instructor
• 3+ years of occupational experience in the healthcare field
• Active industry certification/licensure consistent with healthcare instruction
• Experience in applying adult learning principles and practices
