Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coder II - Revenue Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Abstract data from medical records into Epic and Solventum/3M 360 for accurate case summaries
• Assign ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes according to national guidelines and departmental rules
• Collaborate with Charge Review and reconciliation reports to enhance accuracy and financial integrity

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient multidisciplinary coding and/or Provider E&M Level of Service Coding required
• Experience with Epic and Solventum 360 Pro Fee required
• At least one coding certification such as CPC, COC, or CCS is required
• Must reside in or near Fort Myers/Cape Coral, FL for onsite training or meetings
