Job Summary

A company is looking for an NCCT Medical Office Assistant Bootcamp Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach synchronous online courses using Microsoft Teams, adapting instruction to maximize student engagement
• Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure alignment with college standards and accreditation requirements
• Maintain accurate student records and compliance with college policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Certification in National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) Medical Office Assistant
• One year of full-time experience as a Medical Office Assistant or equivalent training during U.S. Military service within the last five years
• Minimum of one year of experience in a training setting, preferably in healthcare certification bootcamps
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for healthcare certification bootcamps preferred
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and learning technologies
