Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Record Review Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

Review medical records for completeness and accuracy
Assist with internal enablement for the Epiq AI system and provide user support
Participate in client training sessions and maintain workflow accuracy

Required Qualifications:

Clinical background (LPN, RN, or comparable experience)
Experience reviewing medical records or clinical documentation
Comfort using digital/AI tools and technology platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital workflow systems
