Job Summary

A company is looking for a Planning Advisor - Medicare Tele-sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist prospective and existing members in selecting and enrolling in suitable Medicare plans through telephonic sales
• Educate members on Medicare basics, enrollment requirements, and retain membership through follow-up communications
• Manage customer lifecycle and support marketing campaigns via inbound and outbound sales calls

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a tele-sales environment selling Medicare and ancillary plans
• High school diploma or GED
• Active Florida state health insurance license (2-15 or 2-40)
• Demonstrated time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience using computers and navigating multiple systems
