Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Experience Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to welcome new members and provide information about the Healthplan
  • Identify trends from calls that may suggest improvements in policies or procedures
  • Facilitate quarterly Member Advisory meetings and meet quality assurance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare call center
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
  • Experience with data entry and call documentation
