Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem Member Services Specialist for the PACE Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Hope PACE and triage phone calls
• Perform administrative duties, including data entry and maintaining client schedules
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and services

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Must possess a valid State ID
• Certification of completion of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Training through the Florida Department of Elder Affairs
• At least 2 years of prior secretarial experience, preferably in a medical office
• Proficiency in MS Word and general computer knowledge
