Job Summary

To provide comprehensive memory assessment and care, the full-time Remote Memory Support Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) will conduct telehealth evaluations, manage symptoms of dementia, and support caregivers through virtual interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth evaluations for patients with memory concerns, including clinical histories and remote observations
• Administer and interpret validated remote assessment tools to determine cognitive impairment stages
• Diagnose and manage neuropsychiatric complications, providing both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Florida APRN license with prescriptive authority
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in geriatrics, neurology, or memory care settings
• Experience conducting video-based clinical visits and troubleshooting technology issues with elderly patients
• Working knowledge of CMS Cognitive Assessment & Care Plan requirements and dementia-related behavioral health
