Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor will deliver compassionate mental health care remotely, with a focus on serving a diverse patient population and utilizing technology for effective treatment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
• Utilize telehealth software to provide therapy sessions and maintain patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals and monitor progress

Required qualifications:

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure (LMHC or LMFT)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Ability to work from a private home office that complies with HIPAA regulations
