Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide outpatient telehealth services, manage patient care, and collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals while working remotely with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient mental health services through telehealth, focusing on patient care and treatment planning
• Utilize technology effectively for telehealth sessions and internal communications
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans

Required qualifications:

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure (LMHC or LMFT)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Ability to maintain a private work environment for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
