Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work remotely, offering compassionate mental health care while managing a flexible schedule without weekends.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals

Required qualifications:

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure (LMHC or LMFT)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
• Comfortable utilizing technology for telehealth and communication
