Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work remotely, engaging with clients to deliver compassionate mental health care while following a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients through telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient privacy in a remote work environment

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure (LMHC or LMFT)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Comfortable using telehealth technology and communication tools
