Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Marriage & Family Therapist to provide outpatient services remotely through a telehealth program, focusing on compassionate mental health care and treatment planning for diverse patients.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient therapy services via telehealth to clients across various age groups
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Utilize technology effectively for telehealth sessions and internal communications

Required qualifications:

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure (LMHC or LMFT)
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Ability to maintain a private work environment for patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
