Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor, the remote therapist will provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient mental health services to patients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient privacy in a remote work environment

Required qualifications:

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure (LMHC or LMFT)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Comfortable utilizing technology for telehealth and internal communication
