Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor will manage client care remotely, focusing on treatment planning and utilizing technology to support patient needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality in a remote work environment

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure (LMHC or LMFT)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Ability to work effectively with telehealth technology and communication tools
