Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work remotely, managing a caseload of clients while focusing on treatment planning and utilizing technology effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services via telehealth to a diverse patient population
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality in a remote work environment

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure (LMHC or LMFT)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Fluency in English; bilingual candidates (Spanish) preferred
• Ability to work effectively with telehealth technology and communication tools
