Job Summary

To improve AI-generated career guidance, experienced Florida Licensed Mental Health Evaluators will work remotely on a flexible contract basis, reviewing career-related questions and providing expert-level answers while assessing AI recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions from mental health professionals at various career stages
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that offer realistic and actionable career guidance
• Create evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice objectively

Required qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, Therapist, Counselor, Psychologist, Social Worker, or related professional
• Strong understanding of mental health career paths and Florida licensure requirements
• Experience mentoring or supervising other professionals is highly valued
• Excellent written communication skills grounded in real-world experience
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
