Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide psychotherapy and support to clients in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, both virtually and in-person
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Manage caseload and complete timely electronic documentation

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), or Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) required
• Residency in Florida is required for hybrid roles
• Must not be opted out of Medicare
• Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
• Proficiency with EHR systems and digital tools
