Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist (Remote, Flexible Hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy to children, teens, and young adults
• Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning via a digital platform
• Manage a flexible caseload, specializing in low-acuity cases like ADHD, anxiety, and depression

Required Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with children, adolescents, and family dynamics
• Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based practices for telehealth
• Comfortable using virtual platforms and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Spanish fluency is a significant plus
