Florida Licensed Mitigation Specialist

Job Summary

Analyzing and auditing Mold Testing & Remediation protocols, the full-time Florida Licensed Mitigation Specialist will ensure the appropriateness of estimates and invoices while interacting with vendors and the claims team in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Review and monitor mitigation estimates and final bills to ensure they are reasonable and appropriate for the work performed
• Accurately assess emergency water mitigation information and claim documentation to verify services performed
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure bills align with appropriate pricing and scope

Required qualifications

• Florida licensed All-Lines adjuster (620)
• 5+ years' experience in property claims required, with 3+ years in Water Mitigation & Mold Remediation preferred
• IICRC / Mold certified with strong knowledge of IICRC guidelines
• IICRC / WRT-ASD certified with strong knowledge of IICRC guidelines
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
