Florida Licensed Molecular Science Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Molecular Science Liaisons to lead a team responsible for communicating the value of molecular intelligence to external clients in the oncology field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Molecular Science Liaison (MSL) team
• Coordinate training and enablement plans to ensure MSLs are well-informed on company technology
• Act as a liaison between the medical community and the organization to enhance patient care and support marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular and cellular biology
• 3+ years of management experience
• Prior experience in a commercial atmosphere such as Pharmaceuticals or Commercial Lab space is preferred
• Ability to think creatively and initiate new ideas or solutions to business issues
• Demonstrated commitment, self-motivation, and drive
