Seeking a Florida Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager, the full-time remote position will oversee branch operations including sales, recruiting, and staff supervision while managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with loan program guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all branch activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet company goals and improve employee performance
• Recruit top mortgage professionals and develop marketing strategies to enhance branch performance

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
