Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager, the full-time remote position will oversee branch operations, including sales, recruiting, and staff supervision, while ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage branch activities and ensure compliance with loan program guidelines and regulations
• Collaborate with corporate management to achieve company sales goals and coordinate team meetings
• Recruit top mortgage professionals and develop strategic client relationships aligned with corporate objectives

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
