Job Summary

Experienced Florida Licensed Mortgage Branch Managers will oversee branch operations, including sales, recruiting, and staff supervision, while working full-time in a remote capacity from the Sarasota, FL area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all branch activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet company goals and improve employee performance
• Recruit top mortgage professionals and develop strategic client relationships aligned with corporate objectives

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
