Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager, the full-time remote position will oversee branch operations, including sales, recruiting, and staff supervision, while ensuring adherence to company policies and fostering client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage branch activities, ensuring compliance with loan program guidelines and company policies
• Collaborate with corporate and executive management to achieve sales goals and coordinate team meetings
• Recruit top mortgage professionals and develop marketing strategies to enhance branch performance

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
