Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Florida Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, manage sales and recruiting efforts, and ensure compliance with loan program guidelines while working remotely in the Boca Raton, FL area.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all branch activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and effective collaboration with sales and operations teams
• Recruit and train top mortgage professionals while developing strategic client relationships aligned with corporate goals
• Monitor employee performance, manage the pipeline, and meet company sales objectives

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
