• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve company goals and manage the production pipeline
• Recruit top mortgage professionals and conduct training sessions on industry updates and company policies

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
