Seeking experienced candidates, the full-time Florida Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, including sales, recruiting, and staff supervision, while working remotely in the Jacksonville, FL area.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all activities at the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet company sales goals and execute strategic objectives
• Recruit top mortgage professionals and conduct training sessions based on industry updates

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
