Seeking an experienced Florida Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager to oversee branch operations remotely, focusing on sales, recruiting, and staff supervision while ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.

• Manage branch activities, including sales goals, employee performance tracking, and client relationship development
• Collaborate with corporate and executive management to achieve company objectives and conduct training sessions on industry updates
• Recruit top mortgage professionals and maintain compliance with loan program guidelines and federal/state regulations

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
