Job Summary

To lead a dynamic team in a remote setting, the full-time Florida Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager will oversee sales, recruitment, and administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage branch activities, including sales goals, staff supervision, and pipeline management
• Stay updated on loan program guidelines and collaborate with corporate management to achieve company objectives
• Recruit top mortgage professionals and conduct training sessions based on industry updates

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
