Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager, the full-time remote position will oversee branch operations, including sales, recruiting, and staff supervision, while ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage branch activities and serve as a liaison with corporate and executive leadership
• Recruit and train mortgage professionals while developing strategic client relationships
• Track employee performance and ensure the branch meets all sales goals

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
